Dr. Colpan served as the Co-Chair of the 9th International Hydrogen Technologies Congress (IHTEC-2025), held in İzmir, Türkiye, between May 25-28, 2025. He shared this leadership role with Prof. Dr. Azize Ayol, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Dokuz Eylul University.
IHTEC-2025 brought together hundreds of researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers from around the world to explore the latest advances in hydrogen production, storage, utilization, safety, policy, and integration with renewable energy systems.
